A Gentle Reminder for Our Chefs: Flavor, Not Fire!

We want everyone to enjoy the Cook-Off, whether they're new to the world of curry, or a seasoned spice lover. This isn't a spiciness contest; it's a celebration of diverse and rich flavors!

For our guests who might not be accustomed to very spicy foods, we kindly ask that you consider creating low-heat or mild versions of your curries. If you do bring a curry with a significant kick, we'd love for you to label it clearly as "Spicy" or "Hot" so our guests can choose according to their preference.

Be a Volunteer Judge!

No experience necessary! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteer judges to help us crown the winning curry. Judges will be given a simple tasting guide to help them evaluate the submissions and will have the honor of awarding a fun trophy to the winning chef.
